What area do you serve?

We predominantly serve the Toronto and GTA area. Outside of these areas but within Ontario incur a travel fee. Please see our Pricing for details. We are also travel-ready for work outside of Ontario and have had commissions in Miami, Hong Kong, Mexico, British Columbia and New York. For any out of town inquiries, please get in touch for a custom quote.

Is Portraits On white a photo booth?

While the Portraits On White share similarities to the typical photo booth we are separated by a huge list of differences. We are a fully equipped, professional photo studio with real-time retouching and printing at your event. Professional lights, our signature white backdrop, a professional portrait photographer and a lightning-speed retoucher are all on site to run this personalized, private photo session. The images taken are professional grade, each retouched having the quality and integrity to be printed as enlargements, as canvas, go into photo books or framed up in your home. 

Can you print extra copies for me as well?

Due to time constraints we can only produce one set of prints (for your guests) during service. We are able to double the number of prints (i.e. print an extra copy for you) during a separate, stand-alone print session for $175. This happens following your Portraits On White session and we close down shooting and simply run the printer for duplicates. The cost includes extra paper and ink. 

What is the best time to start the session?

For weddings, just after the last speech and when the dance floor is about to open is an ideal time for us to begin. Otherwise, during cocktail hour is also a viable option. For Premium Sessions, we can be open during both cocktail hour and post-dinner entertainment as well.

What are your set up and tear down times?

We feel most comfortable with one hour of time to set up our studio and have it prepped/ready. We take about 20-30 minutes to take down all of our equipment and leave the premise.

What is your payment structure?

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date with the balance due 14 days prior to the event. Due to the ever-changing landscape post-COVID, deposits are absolutely non-refundable and date changes/requests are considered a cancellation.
